What’s the typical timeline? Can we fast-track it?
Project timelines vary depending on your availability, the scope of the work, and how quickly we move through feedback. If you’re on a tighter schedule, let’s chat, we may be able to adjust the deliverables or refine the process to meet your needs.
How do we communicate during the project?
We use a Notion Client Portal to keep everything organised, from timelines and deliverables to shared feedback and files. You'll receive your own portal link and a quick-start guide to help you navigate it with ease.
How do refinement rounds work?
We encourage you to gather and share feedback all at once to make the most of each round. After we deliver an updated version, that counts as a completed refinement round. It helps keep the process clear and collaborative.
What if I’m unsure about the design direction?
Our process begins with in-depth discovery and strategy - to understand your audience, values, and goals - before we design a thing. By the time we present concepts, we’ve already aligned on the direction through collaborative groundwork and moodboards. You won’t be going in blind.
What formats do I receive?
You’ll receive all final files clearly organised and labelled in formats suited for both print and digital use, typically including PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG, and AI. A file guide is also included so you know exactly how to use them.
How is payment handled?
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due once the final design is approved and ready to deliver. For longer or more involved projects, we’re happy to explore a custom payment plan.
