Where intentional design meets storytelling

Our Story
Kempton Studio was founded by Fleur Kempton, a designer who believes in the quiet power of visual storytelling.
With a background in hospitality and travel across Europe & Asia, Fleur brings a global lens and a grounded, human-first approach to every project. The studio began as a pursuit of creative freedom - something slower, more intentional, and deeply personal.
We work with small to medium size businesses, founders, and independent creatives who care as much about connection as they do about aesthetics.
Whether you’re creating a new brand, refreshing an existing one, or crafting a beautifully printed piece, you’ll never be handed something “off the shelf.” Every project is built with clarity, creativity, and care. Though small by design, our curated network of collaborators is aligned under one goal: to design visual experiences that feel true to you.
The principles that shape our work

We don’t chase trends, we create with purpose. Every design is a result of research, intuition, and imagination.

Rooted in years of detail-oriented customer service, we treat each project with care, aiming for timeless results that hold their own.

Design is personal. We take the time to understand your values and vision to ensure the work feels like you.

No copy-paste identities. Just intentional, story-led design that reflects the essence of your business.

We believe in co-creating. Your input shapes the outcome, and your clarity is our starting point.

We're always learning, and aiming to partner with and support brands who want to design with impact and intention.

Meet the designer
Before launching Kempton Studio, Fleur spent over 7 years crafting bespoke travel experiences and perfecting the art of excellent service working in Tokyo & London.
Her love of design started early (PowerPoint presentations were a highlight), and eventually became the quiet calling she couldn’t ignore. Influenced by cinema, books, photography, and the emotional nuance of visual storytelling, Fleur now helps others express their own story, through thoughtful, immersive design.
While she’s purposely chosen to keep the studio small, she often collaborates with other talented creatives (illustrators, web designers, developers, copy writers, etc.) to ensure that her clients have access to the exact kind of team they need.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find her exploring museums, reading in a park, or exploring the Scottish outdoors with friends.
“I’ve always believed in the power of a good story, whether in a book, a film, or a brand. My role is to help translate yours visually, so it feels like home to you, and unforgettable to others.”
